Booking Deposit
Here at Marigold Hairdressing a $50 NON - REFUNDABLE deposit is required upon booking your appointment and comes off the total of your service. Your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if more then 24 hours noticed is provided. If you cancel within 24 hours of this appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. When rescheduling in salon, no deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy
A confirmation text message is sent a week before your appointment and you are required to reply to the text message with a Y to confirm or N to Cancel. If you do not reply to the message we will ring you to confirm and if no answer your appointment will be cancelled resulting in the loss of your deposit. A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment, failure to give 24 hours notice will result in loss of deposit. When making a new appointment you will be required to pay deposit to secure your appointment.
